What is Quilt Street?
Quilt Street is an online gathering place for quilting creativity and fun! Quilt Street is our first exclusively digital platform for all quilters of all skill levels. We bring you an unrivaled community experience based on the rich history of the Hoffman Media brand of magazines. How does the membership work?
When you join the Quilt Street community, you gain access to exclusive, members-only content each month. You will be billed for this service monthly unless you decide to cancel your subscription (which can be done at ANYTIME and for ANY reason by simply contacting our customer support). We do not offer prorated monthly refunds. You will continue to have full access to your account for the remainder of your month.

Will there be new content each month?

How do I access my account and what if I forget my password?
When you join Quilt Street, you’ll receive an email with your login information and instructions for resetting your password. If you ever forget your password, it’s easy to reset with the reset password button on the My Account page or go to the Contact Us page if you need additional assistance.
How do I download a project or pattern?
Simply select the pattern download button and go to your Downloads folder on your computer for easy access.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Your 100% satisfaction means the world to us, but we would hate to see you go! Â Cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason. Simply go to our Contact Us page or call us at 1-888-411-8995. You can also cancel by logging into our customer portal and navigating to our subscription tab.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
How do I update my credit card information?
You can update your credit card information from the My Account page.
Is billing automatic and when will the charge occur?
You will be charged immediately when you become a digital subscriber for your first month. Your credit card on file will then be automatically charged monthly or annually based on the subscription plan selected.
Will my future charges ever increase?
Your monthly membership price is locked in for 12 months! You will be charged monthly based on the membership details when you joined.
My credit card was declined. What should I do?
If your credit card was declined, your membership will be suspended. You will receive an email with instructions on how to contact us to resolve the issue. Your credit card provider may need authorization from you if you have fraud protection on your account.
